They had a dyno graph in the article as well that made it look a little laggy. No matter how hard you look a dyo graph will never tell you how laggy a turbo setup is unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Even a ramp rate of 650rpm/second is still too slow to show any shortfalls with the installation.
