I am looking to do some engine mods to the efi windsor V8.

already has a AU series 3 220kW cam, but not as much power as i wanted.

i didn't get the ecu remapped because i was told by crow cams the the cam would work fine within the ecu's std. range..

now, i may be going for a lumpier cam, and i will need to remap the ecu, but i am also thinking of going with the Unichip piggyback comp, (heard many good reports on this).

With the piggyback comp, will i still need to remap the origional ecu, or will the unichip comp take care of that...? or will it be done anyway when its installed???

The AU 220kw cam is nothing radical - neither is the Crane 2031 (for 1.72 rollerrockers) or Crane 2030 (for 1.6 roller rockers). EEC4 will handle a reasonable cam without too many problems - if you are looking for more power look at Extreme Velocity in the commercial sponsors or send me a PM and I will work out a good combo for you.
