What would be the best way to refresh my dash board???

Can the surface material be sanded down, the cracks filled with bog, then re-sprayed????

The only concern is the material/finish used on the dash, its not... plastic... but like a rubber/cork feel... do you know what Im on about!?!?

I see lots of Commodores with their dash painted, but Im assuming thats an easier job as their dashes are a hard plastic...

Would it be an worthwhile job to bog/sand and spray?? What do you think???

I'd be seaching the wreckers for a replacement. The problem with sanding it down and boging it, is the repair will always be visible because the texture wont be there.

or you could try one of those dash repair guys.

or a grandpa mat on top of your dash (see my gallery)

Get a dash mat from supercheap auto or marlows or something. Thats where i got mine, I think it may have been an aunger or something? And it sits quite nice, flat, and has no annoying ripples in it. When i bought it it had a half length one, but it was glued down. I peeled it back, saw the rack and glue left on the dash, and stuck a full length one on. I quite like it, :D

I do have a dash matt, but I'd still like to make the dash a nice matt black or something...
