hi i am looking 4 a new set of red bumber bar stripes,strips that are off a eb xr6. does anyone have any ideas on were to get these as i herd ford do not make them anymore. if not possible to get them is it alright to paint them you rekon if it is prepared propally! thanks

this might help, i painted my red and grey strips black to suit my car, that was a few months ago now and there holding the paint very well, we did alot of prep for it so i suggest ya do dat same, hope this helps abit

yeah u got bucklies of finding new ones even for ef's
paint them but as andrich said prep them very well or they will look s**t down the track

yeh definately preperation is the key, come to think of it i think i rememer a dude on ebay whos selling them, i might be wrong. the name to search is "revive131". I bought my spoiler lip off him, i think he also sells the rub strips, its worth a try
