you won't have to adjest the computer unless you have a chip, but you will only gain power if you don't go to big, i tried to go to big it lost alot of power in mine, if i were you go for a 65mm throttle body, and a 70mm maf, and i'll get a little more power out of a BMC air filter, tickford snorkel and a explorer inlet manifold, all of them working together do wonders for your intake system, then if you don't have exhuast and stuff i think extractors and exhuast would be a good idea

Going too large with the throttle body will only lose you throttle response. The engine can only use as much air as it has need for. For a 5.0 - a 65mm would be plenty with a car only revving to the 6250 rev limiter. A 70mm would be useful if you have upgraded heads and intake but on a stock motor is just about overkill. You need to do mods which increase your volumetric efficiency to make more power.

The MAF & TB will help the car rev a little better making a little extra top end power, but I wouldnt expect huge gains as as the stock manifold is pretty rotten with regards to reving. With the MAF, make sure its calibrated to the size injectors that your car has and then you wont need to chip it or anything like that.

If you're putting on a 65mm TB then either port the upper inlet or swap it to an Explorer manifold to get the more out of that TB size increase.
