When I drove my ED in the drive way earlier on the steering became very tight and now when the engine is running it is VERY hard to turn the wheel.
I checked the power steering fluid.....All is fine and no power steerling fluid leaks.
Over the last few days the steering has become noisy when approaching a full lock.
Anyone know what could be causing it?

Could be a number of things, pump, rack, seized balljoint, check to see if fluid is circulating through system, another thing is if the idler pulley has seized up, just a few suggestions hope it helps.

Bingo!!!
The bearing in the pulley was buggered and wouldn't spin resulting in a chewed out belt......I replaced the bearing and replaced the belt. Now she's smooth and quiet.
