Yes, i found genuine Ford parts to be only a dollar or two more than another brand like PBR etc. I'm not 100% sure what you get in the kits, but they're more like $50 for front and rear caliper rebuild kits.

Caliper rebuild kit:

(FRONT): EA2C115A (genuine Ford)
(REAR): K1988S (which is a PBR kit as i could not find a genuine rear caliper kit on my computer at work)

E-Brake rebuild kit:

PBK113 (again a PBR kit, i could not find a genuine kit)

Caliper pistons:

(FRONT): EA2196A (genuine Ford)
(REAR): EF296A (genuine Ford)
