i am in the proses of rebuyilding a ef motor brand new rings bearings gaskets, pistons reco head bigger in let ports and exhaust ports had twelve thou shaved off and also putting a stage three crow cam in plus all the usally mods like exhuast and pod in box that kind of stuff any onne take a guess at what sort of rwkws i might be loooking at and it five speed manuel as well

a mate did the same mods on an au ute and im pretty sure he got 150-160rwkw

Then it depends what dyno your on, Some people seem to pull figures like 146rwkw in a standard ef.
