couldn't agree more martin, the bad news is that next round we have to put up with it again and another 2 or 3 times during the season.
have a look here at how many times s.a. gets stuffed around. http://www.v8supercar.com.au/content/te ... channel_7/ i wonder if there's some sort of petition we can sign... the footy obviously outrates the motorsport here. if they show the race the footy fans will get upset. all this would've been known at the time of bidding for the rights of v8supercars, so how they still won it amazes me. do they not realise that a large percentage of those that enjoy watching the v8's have to get up and work the next day so having a telecast that goes to midnight is just a slap in the face.

good idea. sbs would be good. watched there coverage of the 05 ashes and even though its not motorsport it was the best coverage of a sporting event i've seen.
speedweek is not too bad as well. ch9 we'd have to put up with alan jones and eastlake. crompo would follow the series but i'm fast losing interest in him as well.

at least he knows what he's aon about SOME of the time! those who saw race 2 in its entirety woudl surely have noticed (i think it was that matthew white f**k) talking about tyres. apparantly GOODYEAR only brought 400 tyres to the track with them. that's good for goodyear, because they race on dunlop's....

what a joke that was. that was the worst coverage ive seen of any sport. i thaught it was bad enough it was on late but when i saw s.richards in pit lane on what i thaught was lap 3 or 4 then i looked at the lap counter and they had skiped 10 laps or so, savile park suits almost lost there dam t.v. over the balcony. does any1 know how long 7 have the rights to v8s?
