how the f**k do you remove the fuel tank out of a 2002 BA i only ask as i got to distmantle/remove a tank on monday fyi the tank is just sitting there as the strapes and s**t have been removed prior because of the rear trailing arm was removed... i

from memory i think you need to remove the rear sub-frame and try and get the 3 fuel lines off the tank .
its been awhile since i have removed 1 .

if its a sedan you need to drop the entire rear IRS out of the car, and realign it when u put it back in.
You can get to the fuel lines from under the car or thru the hole i nthe floor |
