I currently have the factory stereo in my ED and want to put my CD player in, But I'm not the best with car audio installation so I was wondering if there are any fordmodders that live in East Gippsland that are good with car audio that can help me please? I have a ISO cable ready for the installation.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheer's.

Cheer's. no doubt you have a bare harness to suit the cd player. go down to repco, autobarn, burson, etc and buy a plug to to suit your car. cut the plags off that dont fit into the cd player and keep the the plugs that plugs into the factory loom. solder your cd player harnes to the plug coming out of the loom if your going to be running the speakers of amps then this is even eaiser as you only have to solder up 4 wires yellow - positive red - switched power (allows power to the cdplayer only when the key is turned to accesories or when the car is running) black - earth blue - remote on (turns your amps on when your turn the cd player on) the rest of the wires are your speaker wires there should be 4 pairs of 4 ie green and green/white
