7-9k should get you a low boost setup that wont actually break down after a weak of use, thats providing you do ALL the work, make it 10+k if you get it done by someone........

Generally a turbo engine driven with respect doesn't NEED to rev as high as n/a to get performance...
Boost IS a restriction of flow so mild ported head would make more power at the same boost level as the turbo's / head would be flowing more air... An auto up to 270 rwkw just needs an upgarade to line pressure bu fitting an A.U solanoid and fitting BLOODY big trans cooler... Manuals with T5 just have to take it EASY !!! Better presure plate but imo std clutch plate.. Puck type clutch plates are too grippy and break transmissions...Though its still up to the NUT.....

i also wouldn't think the stock fuel pump would be good for 200rwkw, 180 max also u wouldn't archive 400rwhp with stock cam. Agree with all of that. Without a good amount of engine work you will not get 200rkw from 6psi. I would also say 170-180. You will also not get 400rwhp from a stock cam.
