Hey folks,
Im looking to upgrade my system, but need some help.. At the moment, i've got just a normal non mp3 alpine cd player, alpine type-s 6x9's , a type-r VR 15" sub and a 2 channel clarion amp. Right now, im happy with the rear at the moment... Can anyone tell me what the hole sizes are for the front doors and the rear parcel shelf? Im looking to buying myself a set of Hertz splits for the front, but not sure which to go. I've heard great things about the HKS165, but wanna know if it'll fit the front doors. Also, what are they like compared to the Pioneer Yellow Kevlar range? AND.... I'd like to upgrade my HU, but not sure which to go. I'd like my future deck to have iPod capabilities aswell as bluetooth. Plus, would this HU recharge the iPod while its plugged in? Hope i can get some sort of help.. Cheers, -Doofus-

hsk165's are awesome....really really good midbass and midrange (like all hertz speakers). tweeters can be aggressive but i just turned them down via equalizer and theyre fine. Really clear speakers. I dont think pioneers would be justified for the extra expense (i have only heard them once and they too are really good speakers, but i rate the hertz more).
they will fit in your doors with spacer and a little bit of cutting of your doorskin.

Sweet, thx for the replies.
Yeah, thats why im choosing the hertz over the pioneer, cant really justify the price. Also, what kind of spacers would be best?
