just need to know what the running oil pressure of an xr6 turbo should be sitting at? last nite i had a very high reading, it went off the dial past 100psi.
Usually it runs at 60psi, and around 80psi under load.

well i dont have a turbo but i had oil pressure dramas a week or so ago... it was reading in the red sector of the factory guage...barely dropped at all...usuall no pressure is a problem but this time i had too much..

it was the pressure relief valve in the oil pump.. it had jammed causing constant high pressure... everyone else said it was the guage or sender....na....it was the oil pump.. new high volume pump and decent autometer guage and shes all sweet..

suss out the oil pump.. may have stuck the csame thing i did
