Very easy to do it simply as you don't really need to remove the front or rear bumpers... just spray the XR lips while they're off the car and attach them onto the bottom of your bumpers.

However, to do a really good job you should remove your bumpers, fix up any scratches etc on them, attach the lips with special body work plastic cement and screws, then respray the whole bumper and lip for a perfect paint match.

All depends on how you want it to end up.

I can supply an EL XR kit (not including bonnet vents or wing, as most people under 50 think wings are "gay"!) for $702.
Not too complicated to fit, but it depends on your level of proficiency.
To fit the rear skirt properly, you MUST remove the rear bar, but with my kit, the skirt comes with an easy to understand set of fitting instructions. If you follow them, you'll be right.
Parts should be test fitted before painting, so to do a test fit, you should be able to comfortably do it in a day.
Cheers, Bob
