:shocK:...MoNGooSE...twr7cx is giving you an opinion or another option that you can take if you can't go through with the turbo set up. It is his opinion so don't take it to heart. Another thing...he has answered some of your questions though you don't seem to look past his comments.

Turboing your car will cost you more then $5000 in parts...so save up at least $10K as others mentioned to do the job properly.

You are only 17 so you have a plenty of time ahead of you to turbo your car. I can assure you that in time you might consider buying another car...(I always thought I'd do up the EA...fat chance).

I suggest you focus on year 12 before your turbo. Once you get the money together then start buying what you need...don't put yourself in debt at that age.

phong =P~

keep it on topic please, answer the questions asked if you can or leave the thread alone. He is not asking for a financial evaluation!

Alright guys. I apologise for over-reacting. All the comments just kept rubbing me up the wrong way and got a little bit too much in the end.

*presents hand to be shaked*

Yeh... I needa' dig up a best mate of mine who I don't see very often any more. Her Dad owns a rather large high performance turbo place. I can't remember it's name coz' I never cared about any of that crap when I knew her. His own car which he built up from scratch himself is an R34 of course which did, from memory, about a 10sec run at the drags one night. So I guess he knows his stuff or can at least point me in the right direction.

Sadly there really doesn't seem to be many places in S.A. that specialise in this sort of thing except for Capa who are a hell of a long way away.
