gday ppl im buying a new head its tickford and its supposed to have Crane valve springs... Im not sure though i got a picture..

Is this a stock or upgraded spring can ya tell?? I just want to be sure.

Can't tell you if its crane or not but its not standard. Standard springs have an inner spring

Certainly looks like a heavy duty spring cause of the less amount of coils than standard.

not stock. you can tell by the way it doesn't locate properly on the retainer.
and that the damper the stock springs have is not there

Looks like a fragment of metal laying in the head at the left hand side base of the left spring!

Not a good start if it is.
