Okay as the topic states, i noticed that my break lights are not working. What is happenign is that the spoiler light flicks on and off and the acutal lamps are not operating for the brakes at all. I have checked the fuses and made sure there is power going to the brake switch.

So my question do I need a new break switch?

prolly a fuse or a switch on the brake pedal common problem.

Has the car got cruise? if so does it turn off when brake applied? if not replace the brake switch on the padal. The EL type is only about $10.
