I was just playing around with a program called "turbocalc". For those not familiar with it you tell it your engine size, max RPM and the boost you want to run, it then suggests some turbo's that suit.

I put in an engine size of 240 cubic inch (~4L), max revs of 6000 and boost of 12 psi

It suggested
MAKE MODEL COMPRESSOR TRIM TURBINE TRIM TURBINE HSG A/R

Garrett TO4 V1 P 1.14
OR
Garrett GT25 440 HP Model

Not sure about the T04 but doesn't the GT25 seem a bit small @ 440HP?

id tend to agree. although these programs may be old and not take very much into consideration.

I don't think it allows exhaust flow on bigger engines .. The turbine would well and truely choke on an engine bigger than 2.5ltr imo...
