Thinking of buying a BA (Mk2 perhaps) or later E-gas Falcon (or Forte). Looking at $20k or less and as low kms as possible, obviously. Would prefer an above-poverty-package if possible. Has to be a wagon also.

I'm in the Rockingham area (south of Perth) but will travel in the Metro area or to Mandurah to look at cars.

I work at range ford as a mechanic and im pretty sure we've always got (and can get) egas wagons in about the price range.
Give the boys a call and ask them.

Awesome to hear, are there any recurring or bad faults with the egas falcons, that you've seen?
I havent heard more bad things than any other car, but I havent aksed a mechainc about these.
