Ride: '98 NL Concorde

Location: Sydney
NSW, Australia

Symptoms:
Light vibration through the car and engine miss.
Idleing in Neutral approx 800rpm, in Drive approx 600

Remedies so far:
New Plugs (NGK)
New Leads (8.5m 'Top Gun')
New dissy cap & rotor
EFI (off the car ) Ultrasonic service.
Ford Service Centre $50 check and adjust timing.
- NGS self test and then adjust.

Idling still seems low in Drive. no more vibration but there is still a slight miss.
Idling in Drive approx 700rpm & in Neutral 900.

If I am sitting at the lights. and nudge the rvs up to 750. It smooths right out.

IS THIS a simple adjustment of the idle screw?

I havent checked:
Coil
Fuel Filter
