just a general question on a turbo set up that has a vein style AFM is it fitted between the pod and turbo or between the TB and turbo ??

Imo pod and turbo as in suck through..
It will read flow far better this way...
Old tech though ...

its a old school bluebird four cylinder that runs the eight plugs and runs a ecu to control the fuel, the guy wants to whack the turbo on it and i wasnt too sure about the AMF, i will put it between the pod and turbo and see how it goes although i have a feeling i will be f**k arsing about for ages to get it to run right. also with the vacuum advance dissy when the vacuum turns to boost do you think the advance that drops off be enough to retard the timiming to avoid detonation ??
