There was one on Ebay a while ago, I looked at it for a transplant onto my AU block but the more I looked into it the more it was going to be too hard.

but what im wondering is is it worth it?

how much better does the VCT flow if at all?

VCT knocks the cam timing back 30 degrees from 3000rpm. That's all.

so was there anything special about the Xr6 heads in the AU....is the VCT a AU HP head or is a std head with VCT?

I'm guessing that All red rocker cover AU 6's had HP heads. VCT included. The reason for power differences between the GHIA's and XR6's was simply the zorst. Nothing else.
