my cars and eb no abs on the RHS the pad isnt contacting fully with the disc on the outside of the disc just changed the calipers with EL ones and the brakes feel better but still the same ,just over 1 cm of the pad not touching the disc and the pad looks like a quarter of the outer pad isnt touching wot could cause this .

maybe caliper isnt aligned properly with the disc, or pad isnt in caliper properly.

is a caliper slide sticking at all?

sounds like your caliper slides are sticking. don't stress its an easy fix.

go down to an auto parts store ie burson, repco and grab a tube of pbr rubber grease (approx $7)

unbolt your calipers

the caliper bolts go through the caliper slides. push these out (2 on each caliper)

clean em up with a bit of thinners/turps/metho

and lube em with a bit of rubber grease

push them back in and move the in and out a few times too spread the grease around

clean up any excess and re assemble

make sure there is no grease/dirt on the discs and pads

i changed the calipers with EL ones and greased them up and its got new pads 2 months ago and new discs. the old caliper on the right was sticking bad and warped the disc maybe have to give it some time to wear the pad in properly with these new calipers .

Warped disc needs machining, then rebleed brakes (with the brake warning switch removed) the pads should NOT need bedding in if the disc is running true and machined :D
