High i was just wondering, you see alotta ppl in the gallery with blackened lights on there EF/EL's not altezza lights, just the standard lights that have been darkened, i was wondering 2 things

1. is this legal?
2. are they new lights? (if so were do i get em) or are they just
standard lights with tint?

Its not legal to spray your tailights with paint/tint/nightshade etc.

In my opinion it looks s**t anyway, i'd rather a brand new sparkling set of EF tailights over dull & blackened tinted ones

not legal in Qld or Vic. had a mate (in Vic) get a canary a few years back for dark tail lights when they were all the rage then.

from a personal point of veiw, i am not a real fan of the dark (or the bloody horrible Alterra ???) lights. the colour contrast of the factory lights against body colour looks better, although i am sure a few varying opinions will follow..............anyone :?: :?:

i figured it would be illegal :P but i jsut wanted to go alittle darker

yeah was just an idea, cheers for the input guys.

was also wondering, and i will post a new thread... but will ask here for the moment, i wanna get my rear wing removed, and just wanted to ask besides gettin the holes filled, sanded back and re-painted is there any other options heres a pic of my reef green beast :P

With regards to the rear wing, go see a few car yards till you spot a green Ef like yours without a wing and swap bootlids, i cant see them saying no :wink:

is ther a tutorial for how to do this anywhere on these forums for this ?

I want to do this to my EL, but i have no idea, and i dont want to screw it up! Can someoen help me out with a link or 2 ?
