gday can you dump a carbie v8 into a ed falcon with not much trouble or is it a sh!t fest.....

what i have seen here said NO, you can put a efi into an old car but you cant go backwards in a new car with the carbie motor.

in theory there shouldnt be a prob if,and i say if ,they are happy with it being straight gas that way you dodge the emisions rules.
this is a theory of course . im sure a call to the unfriendly rego dept would shed a bit more light on it |

you can put a V8 from the same model in no probs (adr 37/00 - adr 37/01)but if you go straight gas there shouldnt be prob if you fit a older windsor in ,
