tossing up the idea of doing a rebuild....its at budget stage
anyone done the costs on this? looking at parts and maching costs....will have a go at the building myself just for fun...

i hade mine done by it's preformance stage 3ps i think it was bout 4 large not real shure now but itgoes heaps better

$800 to $1100 machine work $700 for rebuild kit from ACL then $90 for harmonic balancer $120 for timing chain $48 for water pump $30 for head bolts then you put it together
So about $2200 for parts and that is std

I was ringing around for rebuild kits the other day. Repco wanted $540 for an ACL rebuild kit.
