to get the best out of the aluminum that u are polishing make sure u wire brush it or get a drill piece with it i did that and alloy cleaner and it came up real gd then i used the standered bar polish which i used on the buffer came out nearly mirror

ok so i put the rocker cover back of the car and now it runs like s**t and there is oil fukin everywhere ive re checked the bolts to make sure they are tight(they are) dunno if the gasket was wrong but it went on fine . for the running like s**t side of things the spark leads are placed correctly everything is the way i found it (except for the shiny rocker cover). when the key is out the battery and another light flash like every ten minutes ... i had to jump start i btw because i listened to the radio so much so could i have f**k the comp (ecu) somehow

Make sure the rubber gasket is sitting in its groove properly.

lol yeh it looked good, im taking it to work tomorrow and ill get my boss to look at it , plus im finally getting a shift kit which is awesome... love working for a transmission joint good fun s**t pay but good fun

i finished my intake manifold the other day, top half only! the worst job to do ever!
and i only polished the bits you can see, so under the throttle body and air intake pipe i left, still shiny but with casting marks in it! i wasnt that keen in the end!
