my ed didnt run on petrol when i got it.ended up being a pump.
put a new one in ran sweet ,for a while, then all of a sudden it dropped power and it will barely run.i can get it to run now, well idle just,rev it and it pops back through the intake. but on gas its fine ideas any one????????

if it wasnt run on petrol for some time then chances are your injectors may be blocked.

not long put new filter double checked direction not that.
it ran fine lots of get up and go then all of a sudden dropped horse power now lucky if it will idle.... :x

at a guess you may have moved the junk in tank and clogged the filter,replace the filter again--check flow on the injectors--1

on the fuel rail theres like a tyre valve if u press on that it will squirt a heap of fuel higher than the bonnet of the car so i would think its gettin enough fuel.

fuel pressure and fuel volume are two totally different things. Pressure will build up given time, but it wont last if the volume isnt there
