Inside is fine, if they turn off when the door closes etc, but not outside, its faggot stuff.

That's it. They do make nice interior courtesy lamps. |

I think thats something that ppl have over looked in the past, and yeah if they turn off when the door/boot is closes then Im not totaly against them. Its the ones that make u look like ur driving next to a couple o blue neon smurfs that s**t me.

Can't stand them on the outside of a car but interior/boot looks alright.
Currently got 2 red ones in the boot earthed to the boot light switch. Handy for on the side of the road at night, gives cars behind a bit more warning than a dim yellow light. Got another 2 blue LED ones in the boot running off a cheap old amp through a toggle switch (earthed to boot light switch again). Makes for a pretty good light show when the music's on.

I got 2 foot longs for my foot wells. They work well.
I also put them on a DPDT switch so i can switch between doors and on. Its good for when you show off ur car at night or if you are like me, installing your stereo at 1am while drunk.

I'm gunna put a few blue neons in my boot when I install my sub as well. But its your car, do as you like. |

They can look great inside thecar for sure, I probably wouldn't add any more other then the front foot wells and hook them up to the Door switch, or if you have a fairmont run them off your already stock foot well lights.

i think that people use them way too much like constant light is crap but if they are there to enhance light like in the boot, glove box or place somewhere convinent in the cabin then there fine. Defintly no underneath or music flashing ones there only for rice burners. LOL

I got one in my boot, one in my glovebox and, when I'm finished with the body kit, I'm putting four more in the foot wells and two more in my boot to light my amps.
Just keep in mind that they are illegal if they are in view of you, the driver, or other road users. i.e. up on the dash is very defectable but under the dash as footwell lights is ok.
