A bit of info on the TL50

go to www.fpv.com.au/index.asp?link_id=4.141

Mm, ultimate AU, TL50!
I seen one about 2 weeks ago, series 1 black, overtook me past a cop actually and i gotta say it looked awesome, doesnt look like a stock AU, thank god. 8-)

The TL is actually based on the fairlane, where the TE & TS are based on the AU but like you say thank god they don't look like a stock one. The last Ford we wanted was an AU but there is deffinantly not much of a comparrison between the two :D

The TL50 is still an AU, just because its a Fairlane doesnt mean its an AU lol..
Many call them "NU/DU" but its still AU, same as my FBT is still EL.
Either way, best looking ford during the AU era hey, sexy.

I've seen 2 T3 TL50s & neither were Craigs so I guess they were the only other 2 but i find that hard to beleive despite being told numerous times only 3 were built

It is true, only 3 T3 TL50's were built. Only 12 T2Tl50's were built as well. Not sure now many T1's there were.
