Just installed my replacement BA/BF XR headlight I got from Darren at FTG Auto Salvage only to find out that Ford have changed manufacturers for the headlight and the parkers are now a different connection. Had to buy a adaptor loom from Ford for $14 to make the new headlight work.

Why the hell do they do this and why not supply the dam wiring loom with the headlight?

Anyway, be aware that there are now two types of XR headlights on the market each having a different connector for the parkers.

really - I thought hella had the contract to make ALL ford aus lights

Its probably more a fact of they changed the loom justto be pricks!
