i dont know if any of you have tried this but when replacing the heater pipe o ring and fitting that little spacer to the pipe, according to the tsb you have to grind the mounting holes out a little bit on the pipe to accomodate the extra length of the new spacer. This job can easily be done without having to grind the holes out. you do have to work it in a bit but you can get them back in place easily enough. and the part numbers for anyone interested are O ring: AU-8K540-A and spacer is BA18N318S
