to change to manual is easy if you get a matching box for our car, 6 speed auto frget it unless you buy a complete wreck , you need looms, bems, brake pipes, trans pipes, trans cooler, tailshaft -etc = Lots of cash!

I have a BA XR8 5 speed manual and it has had ongoing diff issues.
Has anyone had a modification to their diff that involves a larger shaft going throught the diff to stop the kick back? I have been recommended to try it as our kickback is quite extreme, noisy and damn uncomfortable and makes driving noisy. Any feedback would be great as once this is done I would think there is no going back. |

just got my diff replaced under warranty, (6sp man MKII) and if it does it again custom 9 inch should solve it, diffs are just cheap and nasty!!
