Sounds like you got off lightly...I wish I still had the message, about the only words that weren't swearing were "and" and "the"! Anyway back to the subject at hand; A centrifugal supercharger is also good from a fuel economy point of view because, at light loads and cruising it gives the engine a light blow(for want of a better word) which increases it's VE. Perth Street Car recently had an article on a rear mounted turbo which would be perfect. Because the turbo is mounted at the back of the car your not crammed for space, you dont increase under bonnet temp and you dont need to run an intercooler
|
