Hey all this is prob a long shot but incase someone else has some experience I thaught id ask.
Since I did my manual conversion my OMVL injected gas setup has been completely inactive (switch does not even get power). Ive double checked all the wiring, is there a chance the wiring modifications made to the auto loom might be causing the gas computer to be inactive?

Well it's pretty hard to tell because we don't have all the detail of what you did.
I'd suspect the switch power would be IGN 12v, so it may've just blown a fuse. Only annoying thing about adding electrical kits, etc is that some have separate inline fuses, which are a pain to find if they blow - this is where drawing power off the main fuse panels, etc is so much better - you obviously have to check the extra load isn't going to overload the respective fuse. All I can suggest is backtrack what you did electrically - shouldn't be too hard - if you set up your resistors on the old auto loom on the transmission side, you can unplug the round connector and see what happens - normally the car will run, allbeit with thermos roaring and idle at about 1200RPM. The rectangular plug maybe introducing some probs - if you disconnect it you will need to short the connections for the starter relay, so the starter will motor over.

Cheers for the info i'll try some of it.
I have ruled out a fuse, as the gas systems inline fuse is fairly well placed, unless theres another somewhere but I doubt it.

double check your earths cause you may have knocked or not rebolted it back on , and also check to see if the gas switch/computer is poering out and also when gas is switched on that the solinoids are powering up IE youcan hear it click at the tank ,

Well ive got to the bottom of this one. To answer the last question this system appears to have the solinoids always active regardless of what fuel yer using. But more to the point, the computer seems to have died.
The computer works enough for its config to be read by the tuning software, but not enough to operate or send any feedback. The only thing I did to cause this failure was cut the gas switch cable so I could fit it through a small hole in the firewall.. This was with the battery disconnected for well more than a day mind you. But its dead. A substitute computer worked straight away. The supplier of my installer thinks I wont get warranty, which means im out about $800 on a new computer, but even if it does its gotta be sent to europe at any rate, and the car does not operate on petrol without the gas computer installed. While my installers have helped greatly their suppliers, Sprint gas didnt seem to give much of a s**t, but i'll find out soon if I need to send the f**k thing to europe or not. fun times..
