by the way the whole box thing, you can have it all in one box as long as there is a center divider to keep them separate, looks like u've done everything good, juss make sure the boss amp has lotsa cold air near it cuz they do have a tendancy to heat up a fair bit.

Sounds like my box, hmmm. just make sure that each side is identicle in volume, and that they are perfectly sealed, i found liquad nails to work the best |

Yeah on hot days, I bring the split fold seats down to keep the amps cool with the air con, cause I mounted the amps on the back of the seats for that reason.

If you are really worried, there are more flexible options then liquid nails. rubber cememt for example. Of if the glue is not structual (you're using nails/screws to hold the box together), regular silicone will seal it up good.

personally i use silicone, gives you some flexibility

So as long as the two subs are identicle and the boxes are the same internal dimension, you should be able to run them briged at the amp and in parrallel. ie, take +'ve and -'ve line from amp to first sub, then from that sub run another line to the other sub. By doing this your amp will work hard so ensure good ventilation, and decent size power cable as well. if its the only amp in the system 8Ga will do. Subs really work better when under a LPF, clarity and punchyness is noticable
Ok, so the amp is 2 ohm stable, so does that mean that the subs haft to be 2 ohm's as well? cause I know for sure that the subs are 4 ohm's

wire two 4ohm subs in parallel and now the pair is 2ohms.

yeah as data_mine said but id not do it as its gonna run real hot!!! with the box assembly have you tried polyurethane.

i'm running my 4 ohm subs at 2ohm and have been for 2 years now, haven't really had any problem, should be able to get the polyurethane from bunnings i think

Is it a pressure can spray, and its sprayed onto the amp or subs? (sowwy Im new to all this)

usually a spray can foam, personally i've never used it, but i'm guessing joolz is telling you to use it as just another form of sealant kinda
