its getting fuel plugs and leads r good, anything else to look for?
starter motor is on the blink but it still works
wire of the coil was disconected but thts fixed and still no spark hmmm

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but if the leads and coil and high/low tension circuits at the coil all check out, then the likely problem is the transducer igniter in the distributor?

Is this how the 4.1L electronic distributors work? I've never touched mine.

I had a similar problem last week in the missus' Laser and that was the answer. New igniter from Bursons had it sorted.
