I'm putting a set of King lows in my EL. Is a camber kit needed with these springs, one tyre shop says yes the other said no, only for super lows.

Seperate job anyhow, just get the wheel alignment specs first, then decide if you need them. Every car is a little bit different.

With a set of lows in the front you shouldnt need them as they dont come down too far and may only give you light scrubbing on the inside of your tyres

Much lower and you will probably need a camber kit

Dropping to lows the toe will change, as far as camber/castor it will also change but may be acceptable depending on what size tyres ur running. As already said get the readings and go from there.

Might be able to get away with it.
My car was so bad I had to fit a camber kit on standard suspension to get it right - shows how every car is different.

I had the same question when I installed lows, I took it to the aligner and said does it need camber kits, he looked and said "sure does" so I went and got a set and installed them paying particular attention to getting the shims the same size as it was on the originals. Got an alignment done and only one shim needed altering. My answer would be you don't need it if only going to lows.

got the car lowered today has made a huge difference to the way it rides and handels, even though its lower its a lot more comfortable to ride in and body roll has been cut dramatically.
