The pcv is o/k but the other one to manifold to rocker cover needs to be seperated from manifold or you'll presurise the crankcase and blo oil every where...That hose then should be routed to air cleaner infront of turbo..Latter an oil seperator can be fitted in this line...
If you are on budget fit a J pipe from existing manifold....Do a tafe course on welding ????

So what about the vacuum hose for the brakes, same deal?

The booster has a check valve in it which will prevent the booster from being pressurised. Even if you hit the brakes on full boost there will be sufficent brake assist to get the anchors down. It should be noted that the instant you get of the throttle the manifold will return to vacuum and booster will be good to go.
