i am thinking of having the white adjusting blocks that hold the lights and ajust the head lights in xr asseblies made in urethane.these break with age and a little bit of handling, currently ford only sell them with new light assemblies.i need to know how many to make, to make it cost efficent and worth while to make moulds and production costs.we are in a rough quoting phase at the moment, depending on numbers.can also include all bits if required, thanks

i have tried wreckers, they wont seperate from lights and any spare ones are about $10 each with the screw and retainer nut,and plastic ball -light retainer.the problem then is age,and wear.i replaced my front bar 2 months ago and checked the lights, had a few spare screws and replaced what i thought was worn, came up great -adjusted lights ok. now have 2 broken on 2 lights,so they flop around now--go figure, they looked like new!!!!   tired of chasing crap, hence the above. unless some one has started this already?
