My EF gas system does not have very good economy per tank of gas 60Ltr
I was interested to find out how the steeper motor can be checked if it is working.
Also how many Klm's per tank of 60Ltr is considered good for the basic gas setup. Uses a BRC Converter.

As a reference, if it was factory then:
To test the stepper remove it from the convertor and plug it in, select petrol and then turn the ignition on, the stepper should go through one in out cycle. How many K's are we talking, you should be getting 320 - 380 round town per tank full out of factory.
I assume that BRC convertor means after market setup then I don't know if the above information is going to help.

My setup is aftermarket been installed on the car about ten years ago.
Had a new convereter fitted last year and had the car retuned by gas fitter two mounths ago my economy is well under 300Klm's to a tank.
