Im taking my intake manifold off to get a snapped bolt out of the dizzy retaining hole. Found oil in the intake manifold after i took the top half off? Where could it b coming from, n whats wrong with it...

Catchcan will usually fix this.
It comes from the PCV hose which connects from the rocker cover. |

Its normal to have oil in the intake manifold.
Catch can will reduce it, but why bother.

cool thanks btw anyone had the problem of the lower intake not coming off properly the front half pulls away but its being held on at the back somewhere. Is there a bolt underneath the runners at the back???

there is a bracket at the back of the manifold |

Spent crankcase/rocker oil in the form of fumes are sucked in by vacuum pressure normally called blowby, it can assist in lubricating the upper cylinders but is burnt off rather than being vented into the atmosphere. This is also a part of emission compliance.
As stated /\ a catch can will limit the oil residue in the manifold.
