Hey guys
Recently got brand new lsd, and some 3.7's fitted to my car, the bloke said something about not going over 90kms/h and to do short runs for 1000km. Now my question is, obviously, i know not to do burnouts or kick it out sideways, but can i give it straight line acceleration to 90km/h, eg 2nd gear, at 20km/h (T5) and rev it up to 70km/h then back off, or will this put the diff on to much load. cheers - Grechie

bah 1000k's its a diff... not an engine.
It's prolly run in from the drive home. 1000 k's gets you closer to 30days and limits any warranty! but yes, mother it,

I did a few hard loops around one way and then back the other to bed in the cones, assuming the crown and pinoin are not new then apart from that they are ball and roller bearings so no real need to run them in.

Dont treat a diff nice when new and you run the chance of it starting to whine. Whats the warranty like if its your fault it f**k out?
