hey ppl, changing a cam in my AU Engine tomorrow, but need to know what to torque the rocker gear down to and how much to torque the cam sprocket bolt, i tried my torque wrench on the rocker gear and it went off at about 10 ft/lbs, someone on here reckoned 25 ft/lbs, would say my torque wrench is pretty accurate and the info told by a poster on here innacurate, does anyone know what the settings should be, T.I.A.

fairly sure the manual lists 25nm for rocker bolts and 50nm for the sprocket, but a common reccomendation is to use a little less on the rocker bolts (18-20nm) because they can strip fairly easily
