some little s**t opened my windscreen wipers today on the xg, and when i put them back down, they dont work... they twitch but dont move. i assume they've come away from the motor. how the f**k DO I GET TO THE MOTORS!???? please dont tell me i have to rip the dash apart!? is there a quick fix!?\

That plastic grille in front of the w'screen, that's gotta come out, then get to the motor from there. The wiring to it is from the firewall, a big rubber grommet, on the drivers side. There is a trick to get them out. That involves having the motor in the right spot to get it out & to get it in.

i'll have a fiddle tomoz when it gets light out... cheers man.

this happend to my dad back in the late 80s,
someone put a flyer under his wiper and they stoped working, got it fixed and sent the bill the company who did they flyers rofl
