i reckon go one better, go the XH, lower it with some fat wheels. they come up nice. I used to have a XD ute that had he XH front end on it with the 351, great ute.. but tha cancer killed it!!

If want a ute, get a ute, but the XH, AU's are better than an XG. The front suspension lets the XG down, and the turning circle of a bus too.
The AU has more internal room than an XH, and you need that room when your 6'4".

Shouldn't you be asking yourself if you want a ute or a sedan?
Sorry, but this is pointless!

MATE u get the same engine(as you probably know) except coolant overflow is close to firewall(right h side) . It all depends on if you want a ute for work or a sedan for normal things. personally I have an eb2 wagon and when I wanna fill her up I just lower the seats and then I can fit anything in it- i dop lawn mowing, so a mower, blower, whip snip, rakes, shovels etc.. more then enough room.

I'm with you on this one.
If one can't decide wether they want an XG ute or an EB sedan ?..wonder what they do when it's time to make a "real " decision. Good grief !!

yeah mate you got to ask your self do you like utes full stop or eb falcon a lot of people like sedans some people like utes and some like both... if i had a choice and didn't have a kid i would got the higher end ute like xr6 or xr8 but that is me..... getting peoples opions is fine but you might get every one saying EB EB etc etc you get one then see a ute and you think to ya self s**t that is nice and and yeah

Go the ute
