Nothing really. But no real point in doing so. Save the money for intake and/or heads.

If you use a 65mm t-body from a Falcon you will need to port the EGR spacer and intake throat to match. If you use one from the U.S. you will also need to modify the ball position on the throttle bellcrank because it's(normally) on the other side.
Don't use larger than a 70mm t-body because you will reduce performance.
A 65mm t-body will increase peformance on a stock engine even with the stock 55mm MAF.

If yours is stock it will be 60mm. Only GT's and Sprints had the 65mm.

Post a pic of the engine. You won't have to retune if you change the t-body.

That photo doesn't show too much. Although it appears to be an EB engine even though it says it's an EL job. EL's don't have 40p's either.
It's got an EB alternator. Throw that rotten hot plate away too.

OK it'll have a stock t-body and E7 heads unless someone put 40p's on it.
Easy way to tell.... if you have 40p's, the spark plug angle will be almost 90degrees to the head, if not they will be about 45degrees.
