No worries just as long as you use the correct auto lines. make sure you secure them so they dont rub anywhere also.

what he said ^^
go to the local auto store and ask for hose that is used for auto transmisson
i use 2 hose clamps on each end

TIP: when placing the hose over the metal pipe, boil some water in a kettle and place water in old container, place teh rubber hose in the boiled water for a min or so this will heat it up allowing it to expand and slide over the metal pipe!

Best tip ever! I busted my butt trying to get some of that hose on when I did my trans cooler, finally gave up and gave this a try - then they went straight on!

Flare out the metal lines or the hose will start to leak after a while. I have had this on a tranny oil cooler.

where does it say it already has rubber hoses?

i see it says
Quote:

that tells me there is no rubber lines there... and if there is rubber lines there already why are you asking if its ok to add them?
