Ride: XHII XR8 Ute - Supercharged

Location: Perth
WA, Australia

Hi,

just wondering about everyone's thoughts on the topic. The reason i ask is a mate gave me his old EMS ECU (its a 'DualSport model v.705, with laptop supprt). Im finding it hard to find info on this model.

Is there anyone in perth that specializes in these? I was ganna have a crack at installing myself, but it looks confusing!

My other option is to sell it and get a TwEEcer put in by BPT. i dont wanna have to spend thousands to get it going (excessive tuning/purchase extra sensors etc....)

Any thoughts or comments??
Cheers

XH4LWEPN is running a tweecer in his XH ute.

They are apparently the go if your ecu has support as.

Maybe try OVABOOST as they do a bit with the EMS.

Talk to Pete (XR9UTE) about the TwEECer. He knows his stuff when it comes to them, and is very helpful.

If you give him your catch code, he can tell you if it is supported or not at this stage.

Cross Guru Racing off that list, he won't be much help to you any more. ;)

I'd personally look at the Tweecer, I think you'll have more success that way.

Seeing as it's an EL setup the chances are good.
